Flying Point Real Estate was founded in 2021. The team has now grown to a diverse and talented group of professionals who with a wide range of know-how and experience to lead our projects with dedication and passion.

The Founders
Pascal Duhamel
Pascal brings over 30 years of real estate investing experience in most European jurisdictions.
As managing director at Morgan Stanley, CEO of Carrefour Properties and Head of Europe at ADIA, Pascal successfully managed investment teams and built out considerable portfolios of development projects.
Nathan Vandekerckhove
Nathan has almost 15 years of real estate investing and investment banking experience, working at Société Générale, Morgan Stanley, ADIA and Flying Point Real Estate (FPRE).
He has closed over €3.0Bn commercial real estate transactions in Europe across the spectrum of which c. €2.0Bn of development projects in the Benelux, France, UK and Switzerland.
