Flying-Point Real Estate attended the Futurebuild event in London, which showcases sustainable solutions and technologies in the built environment. The firm gained insights into the latest industry trends, explored innovative sustainable building solutions, attended conference sessions covering a range of topics, and took advantage of networking opportunities with other professionals and experts in the field.

Switzerland
Flying Point organized its first team event in Switzerland in October 2022.
Gathering the new team members together was the occasion to establish a positive and collaborative team culture from the beginning to build trust, communication and establish a strong sense of teamwork.
From the epic hike in the gorgeous swiss mountains with breathtaking landscapes, sharing a delicious culinary and wine tasting experience to teambuilding activities, great memories have been created during 3 days to bond the new Flying Point team.

Located on the edge of Paris’s ring road, this industrial site is located in an area experiencing significant change: new sporting and transportation infrastructure (Olympic Games 2024), one of the fastest growing populations in the region, and high ambitions of becoming a young and dynamic area to live, work, and play.
With this backdrop, Flying Point aims implement its vision by transforming the current site to a qualitative “Live and Work” urban regeneration project that focuses on improving the community’s cohesion, health, and dynamism.
The project will combine residential, student housing, higher-education, a highly amenitised retail offering and activated ground space.
